Vintage GAP Age 13-14 Bright Red Cotton Velvet Double Breasted Coat Rare XXL
This is a lovely soft cotton velvet coat with a poly lining, in excellent condition, with a size tag of XXL for Age 13-14 Miss. Quilted red interior lining for warmth.  Slant front pockets.  The only damage I note is that there are no buttons on the reverse to button up as a true double-breasted coat - I suspect someone removed them because there is some thread remnants left behind but the original owner probably didn't like using them.    Measurements are:
29-1/4" from center back neck seam to center bottom.
21" underarm to underarm, exterior measurement.  Maybe closer to a 38-40" chest size if you were to measure from the inside.
21" from top of shoulder seam to cuff
I love the Property Of tag on the inside - it wasn't marked with the original owner's name, but speaks to a time when Gap made some super quality clothing.

Parcel Post has become the least expensive shipping option and takes up to 10 business days in transit. Fed Ex Ground is used for heavier and larger items and is ONLY available to residents in the Lower 48, and not for Alaska, Hawaii, or APOs.
SHIPPING MATERIALS: I pack simply with quality materials to ensure safe arrival of your purchase. Typically, you'll find your item gently wrapped in paper sans tape, surrounded by lots of loose-fill popcorn to absorb shock during transit. Styrene loose fill is expensive but it works; please consider reusing it or passing it on to another eBay seller for recycling.
