Description
From my personal Lab, current measuring to 50 MHz and 100 Amps. Please see photos for actual physical condition, which in my opinion, is excellent. I have checked all the following for proper working condition and am offering a 30-day right of return if the probes, amplifier and power supply have not been damaged or opened. They have warranty seals. You will receive the following and nothing else beside the TM501, AM503B, A6302 and A6303. All documentation is available free on the Tektronix website.
As a recently retired consulting engineer, I'm radically downsizing my lab. Please check my store for other Test & Measurement equipment. More is being added as I make sure it is in top working condition.

AM503B
The AM 503B and AM 5030 current probe amplifiers let you use one probe to simultaneously measure AC and DC current. The Amplifier converts the sensed current into a proportional voltage signal that you can measure directly with an oscilloscope. The AM 503B provide better linearity than other current measurement systems because of a current feedback process used with the probe. DC measurement capability and high bandwidth allow the Amplifier to accurately represent square waves and fast-rise signals
The AM 503B provides these features:
Simultaneous DC and AC current measurements.
High sensitivity.
One-button autobalancing and probe degaussing.
No adjustments needed to match a current probe to an individual amplifier
Probe trim adjust allows fine tuning of gain for increased accuracy.
TM501 Single module power supply for AM503B--nice and compact
The A6302, and A6303 offer a wide range of current measurement capability for the lab and bench environment. The A6302 covers DC to 50 MHz. It clips onto conductors up to 3.81 mm (0.15 in.) and measure continuous currents up to 20 A and peak currents up to 50 A as long as they do not exceed the amp*second product of 100 A*μs.
The larger A6303 measures higher amplitude, lower frequency currents. It clips onto conductors up to 21.1 mm (0.83 in.) in diameter. Its frequency range is DC to 15 MHz. It will measure continuous currents up to 100 A and peak currents up to 500 A, as long as the amp*second product of 10,000 A*μs is not exceeded.
